Muscowpetung Nation Consultation • Law Creation • Mirrored Federal and Provincial cannabis regulations • Integrated community interests from consultation sessions • Community Consultation Process began in April 2018 • Chief & Council decision to move ahead with cannabis discussion, law creation processes and community engagements • Chief and Council received the support of the Elders Advisory Council • Mino-MaskihkiCannabis Dispensary opens it’s doors • To Band members on November 13, 2018 and • Opened to the public on November 14, 2018

Federal & Provincial Relations • Muscowpetung invitation to provincial government – July 2018 • Correspondence and invitations sent to Ministers Bennett, Raybould-Wilson, and Goodale – November 2018 • Meeting with provincial Justice Minister Don Morgan to discuss Muscowpetung Cannabis Act – November 2018 • Meetings in Ottawa initiated by Muscowpetung with Indigenous Services Canada, Crown Indigenous Relations, Department of Justice, and Health Canada – December 2018 • Tri-lateral discussion table established with Muscowpetung, the Province of Saskatchewan, and Health Canada – December 2018 • Province of Saskatchewan withdrew from the discussions – June 2019
