Impact of Dovitinib on PARP and Caspase-3 Cleavage in Cancer and Endothelial Cells

This study investigates the effects of Dovitinib at various concentrations on the cleavage of PARP and Caspase-3 in MHCC-97H cancer cells and HUVEC endothelial cells. The results indicate a differential response in apoptosis-related protein expression, showcasing the drug's potential in cancer therapy. Additionally, the phosphorylation levels of Akt in HMVEC and HUVEC were examined, providing insights into the drug's mechanism of action. This research highlights the significance of Dovitinib in targeted cancer treatments.
