Analysis of TNF and p65 Dynamics in Cell Culture Over Time

DESCRIPTION

This study investigates the temporal dynamics of TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor) and its downstream signaling proteins, including p65, and their interactions within a cellular context. Using a combination of medium treatments and various time points, we explore the effects of TNF on cell signaling pathways, with evaluations using assays for p-p65 (Ser536) and PARP, as well as loading controls such as b-actin. This comprehensive analysis aids in understanding the regulatory mechanisms of inflammation and apoptosis in response to TNF.
