  5. Equipment • Snorkel: Body line w/o having to disrupt stroke w/breath • Fins and Paddles: Speed and Power sensation • Kickboard: head out of the water, competitive, chatting • Pull Buoy: focus on front end • Kicks: stiffer, more difficult version
