  2. Issue • Atomic energy is an energy brought on by the nuclear bombings of World War II. • Since these bombings, there has to be an on-site inspection on nuclear power plants to ensure that the nuclear materials are used for peaceful purposes only.

  3. Atomic energy in the Middle East • Atomic energy has been an issue with the Middle East because of suspicions of them using it for non-peaceful means. • The war in Iraq was caused because it was thought that there were nuclear weapons in the Middle East

  4. UN Impact on Atomic Energy in Middle East • The United Nations inspects nuclear power plants and military sites that contain atomic energy to make sure that they are not using this energy for violent means.

  5. Atomic Energy in the Future in Middle East • Atomic energy in the Middle East is believed to not be a big issue in the future. • There use of atomic energy to make nuclear weapons in the Middle East is hopefully not going to happen in the future, but the world can only hope.
