Instructions on how to swimPart 1 • First step: is to always stay relaxed • Second step: is to get used to the water • Third step: is learning how to float • Fourth step: After learning how to float is learning how to kick. Its Easier to learn in a pool because you can hold on to the wall in the shallow side of the pool but if you are in the ocean or river you will need someone to hold you. An experienced Swimmer.

  3. Instructions on how to swim Part 2 • Visualize a line running down the center of your body from your chin to your chest. • Keep your legs straight, with your toes pointed out, and kick up and down. • Move your arms in a windmill motion. • Keep your hands flat, Bend your arm at the elbow and draw your fingertips along the imaginary line down the center of your body.

  4. Instructions on how to swimPart 3 • Penetrate the water with your fingertips and completely extend the arm. • Breathe on one side by turning your head to that side as the arm comes out of the water.
