Pregnancy, especially the first one, is definitely scary for women and I had no different experience. It was my first time and truth be told, I was very nervous. I did not know what was coming next. Baby Doppler is just like an old school walkman, where you place the listening device on your belly and hear the baby’s heartbeat through earphones. The fetal heart rate monitor I got had the option of two earphones. So instead of listening to music or watching TV, me and my partner, use to listen to our baby’s heartbeat through this fetal heartbeat monitor.
How did we fall in love? • The feeling while listening to your baby for the first time is explainable. Listen to your baby’sheartbeat once a day and you will still have that first time feeling like I did every time I used the baby heartbeat monitor. Remember that one song we heard in our teens, which got stuck in our minds so much that our body would start moving every time we heard that song. Listening to my baby’s heartbeat throughout the pregnancy had exactly the same feel. The heartbeat rhythm is still fresh in my mind.
