  2. ¿QUÉ ES EL USO COMPASIVO? “La utilización en pacientes aislados y al margen de un ensayo clínico de medicamentos en investigación, incluidas especialidades farmacéuticas para indicaciones o condiciones de uso distintas de las autorizadas, cuando el médico bajo su exclusiva responsabilidad considere indispensable su utilización”. artículo 28.1 del RD 223/2004, de 6 de febrero, que regula los ensayos clínicos con medicamentos

  3. ¿QUÉ ES TAMBIÉN USO COMPASIVO? “Una vez finalizado un ensayo clínico toda continuación en la administración de un medicamento en investigación, en tanto se autorice el medicamento para esas condiciones de uso, se regirá por las normas de uso compasivo” artículo 29 del RD 223/2004, de 6 de febrero, que regula los ensayos clínicos con medicamentos

  4. ¿QUÉ REQUISITOS EXIJE? • Consentimiento informado • Paciente • Representante legal • Similar al EECC • Informe clínico del médico responsable • Justificativo del UC • Conformidad de la Dirección • Responsable del centro sanitario • Autorización de la AEMPS • Expresa/no silencio administrativo
