ClearCase WebDAV Implementation • ClearCase ccdav is a WebDAV basedAPI • ClearCase ccdav works with an Apache plug-in, mod_ccdav (based on mod_dav, an Open Source Apache module) • ClearCase ccdav currently supports core versioning, and, in future, will support advanced versioning • ClearCase ccdav is not generally available, but is available to IBM

Migration Services • Rational and IBM developed a fee-based professional services offering to assist customers in migrating their data and processfrom TeamConnection to ClearCase and ClearQuest • Consulting hours to migrate data and define process • Rational University training courses for new administrators and end users • Migration tool to migrate data to ClearCase and ClearQuest • Available from Rational with support from IBM as required

Migration Tool Details • IBM developed the export tools to migrate data from TeamConnection • ClearCase and ClearQuest already have import tools and a documented import format and procedure • Customers can receive the tools at no additional cost and migrate the data themselves • Tool migrates current and history data for file versions, defects and metadata from TeamConnection to ClearCase and ClearQuest • Tool supports AIX, Windows NT, HP-UX

Migration Incentive - Promotional Pricing • Rational is offering a promotional pricing program to TeamConnection users with subscription* worldwide • 2/1/2000 to 1/31/2001 • purchase a quantity of CC and CQ licenses for the price of 1 year of Rational Silver Support up to the quantity of TeamConnection licenses installed and in use as of 2/1/00 • 2/1/2001 to 7/31/2001 • purchase a quantity of CC and CQ licenses for 40% of Rational standard commercial price plus the price of 1 year of Rational Silver Support up the quantity of TeamConnection licenses installed and in use as of 2/1/00 • 8/1/2001 to 1/31/2002 • purchase a quantity of CC and CQ licenses for 60% of Rational standard commercial price plus the price of 1 year of Rational Silver Support up the quantity of TeamConnection licenses installed and in use as of 2/1/00 • 2/1/2002 and after • standard commercial Rational pricing *see Rational for promotional pricing for TeamConnection users w/o subscription
