  6. What is Stress? • Stress is a normal reaction to certain situations or events in your life.

  7. What Is Stress? A. Stress - The body’s response to change • There is positive stress calledeustress • There is negative stress called distress

  8. Positive Stress • Positive stress can motivate you to do your best • Stress can also make you more alertand improve your concentration
