  3. Race Day • Uniform • Spikes and training shoes • Cross country shirt and shorts (spirit pack) bring extra socks and a towel. • Water/food • Make sure you eat at the correct time. If you eat just prior to leaving your house you may want to eat something when you arrive to the meet. • Hot/Humid this race is always hot mainly b/c the start time is so late. Be prepared!!! Drink lots of fluids all week.
