  3. APA ITU...? • Sistem • suatu jaringan kerja dari prosedur-prosedur yang saling berhubungan, berkumpul bersama-sama untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan atau untuk menyelesaikan suatu sasaran yang tertentu • kumpulan dari elemen-elemen yang berinteraksi untuk mencapai suatu tujuan tertentu

  9. NILAI INFORMASI Nilai dari suatu informasi ditentukan dari dua hal, yaitu: • Manfaat • Biaya Suatu informasi akan bernilai jika Manfaatnya lebih efektif dibandingkan dengan biaya mendapatkannya. Pengukuran nilai informasi biasanya dihubungakn dengan analisiscost effectiveness atau cost benefit.
