  1. My Website Idea: High Up

My Website Idea • My Website idea, involved from the idea of a variety of choices, I thought I would combine them together to make it a more popular and wider range of choices for my target audience. It is based on popular tasks a teenage girl would be interested in. My website is also based on the idea of being a magazine, from personal experiences I no longer buy magazines therefore I thought it would be great to set out my website like an online magazine. Lastly, I called my website ‘High up’ because the information I'm going to include will be the latest and most popular news, which will give more of a knowledge to my visitors.

  3. Target audience • My website is targeted at teenage girls my age(12-16). The criteria the website is based on is an every day interest for girls my age, I can also include features I now are up to date and the visitors of the audience would hopefully be interested to my website.

USP • The unique selling point of my website is that it is focused on teenagers my age, therefore I can include content which people my age would understand. • It is an online magazine, which is free unlike one’s you have to buy in the shop you can have it on your computer! • To keep the website successfully, we have included links to other websites, where photos to can be re-blogged to try and attract visitors to our site.

  6. style • To keep the style of my website simple, to avoid bright/catching colours damaging viewers eyes, I will use a simple white background. • However the main colours used will be pink and blue as these are two varieties of popular colour choices for teenage girls. • I will keep my text also plain and simple, by using a black colour so it’s clear to read.
