As early as now, decide to put an end to this bad vice. Stay firm with your decision that this addiction has to be treated right away. Step #2 – Never feel sorry There will be instance that you may feel sorry for the way things turned with a family member or loved one addicted to drugs and wish to please him or her like giving in to his or her demands. Be cautious on your actions intended to make your drug addict loved one feel better. For example, if your loved one asks for money, don’t easily reward this request. You might end up being an instrument to resume with his or her bad vices. Step #3 – Talk about your plans Sometimes, you need to show seriousness for your loved one to realize that there’s something wrong and you need both to talk and make plans for the intervention to take place soon. I recommend you

  2. choose the right timing to discuss this intervention like when he or she is sober and not under the influence of drugs, so that he or she can think straight.
