2. What are gangs? • Gangs are groups of people that have gathered to promote a negative cause • The Bloods is a former gang that is located in Los Angeles, California • The gang is widely known for there fights with another gang called the Crips

3. Who joins gangs? • The type of people who usually join gangs are ages 12 to 24 years old • Teens and adults that want acceptance and protection • Girls and boys join gangs

4. Why do people join gangs? • Teens and adults that want acceptance and protection • For group protection and power over others • Because of the looks and the respect as being in a gang member • Discipline, love, family, and care

5. How can the gang problem be solved? • Create neighborhood watch • Teen centers helping most teens with problems that can be solved with out gangs • More police on duty through out the public areas

6. What if you are a victim of a crime? How do you report a crime? • Call your local police department • Seek help and aid from a lawyer • Make reports of the crime in detail to the police

7. Who are the Bloods? • The Bloods is a gang that can be seen or found on the east cost or across the U.S. • They wear red clothing to represent them self's as a Blood • The gang was initially formed in the 1970 to compete against the influence of the Crips in Los Angeles
