  4. Proof of Concept • Comments January 10 through January 24, 2007 • Activity Set-up/ Completion, Grantee/ Subgrantee, Grant/ Subgrant • Get comfortable with the interface • Verify the design • Identify Infrastructure issues

  5. Proof of Concept What the POC HAS • Create/Complete Activities • Create/ Edit Subgrantees • Real Data for activities and grants • Some of the online Help What the POC Doesn’t HAVE • No Activity Funding/ Drawdown • No connection to LOCCS (vouchers) • No reports • No receipt functionality

  6. How to Make Comments • Must be able to log into the system - Use your IDIS ID • Find an issue that needs a comment • Follow the links to Registerfor the Bulletin Board • Type in your comments • Comments will be collectedfrom the bulletin board

  7. Commenting • Free-form comments • Execution of a Scenario • Comment on the appropriate Threads
