  3. WHY TRADITIONAL AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION PHILOSOPHIES ARE STRUGGLING • More mobile enabling technologies needed. Living in an on demand society. • Taxi customer services need to be upgraded (roomier cars, curbside service, friendlier drivers). • Customers are fed up with business as usual models. Consumers want control. • On-line tools for voucher/fare payments prior to arriving. All in one package. • Airports better marketing tools to educate the traveler.

DOD BENEFITS • Provides a cloud-based automated solution for gathering taxi operations data. • Taxi information is in a database for the airport & is linked to an RFID tag in each taxi. • Provides current and historical reporting of cab movements, destinations, number of passengers and any data that may be of use to a particular airport operation. • Reduces the risk of curbside dispatcher favoritism. • Provides a consistent method of dispatching and accountability no matter which company and/or people have the concession.

  5. DOD BENEFITS • Utilizes an automated system where cab numbers are printed and tickets provided to passengers with customizable relevant information in differing languages. This will assist in tracking down any personal belongings left in the cab. • Limits the probability of "Scab/Hustler" solicitations. • Optional capability of purchasing taxi vouchers on a secured web site and printing voucher prior to arrival at airport. A key component of enhancing the travel experience especially for international passengers. • Currently in use at the Port Authority of NY & NJ at Newark Liberty, John F. Kennedy Intl. Airports with a further deployment at LaGuardia Airport.

DOD BENEFITS • Optional taxi airport access fee capture for real-time billing or monthly billing process. • Database of collected fees by cab number, driver and/or owner. • Billing can be linked to financial programs including SAP & Oracle financials. • Phone application for cab driver information (airport wait times). • Optional web-based voucher purchasing. • FULLY CUSTOMIZABLE.
