  2. Agenda Updates from the CDISC International Interchange Project Team Updates: Representation of CDISC Standards in RDF Representation of CDISC Protocol Representation Model in RDF Representation of CDISC Conformance Checks in RDF

CDISC Interchange Update FDA/PhUSE Semantic Technology project and CDISC Standards in RDF sub-project mentioned in a few presentations Semantics and Case Studies Track very well attended Data Transparency and Data Sharing Track featured an interesting presentation on efforts at Stanford to create a Clinical Trial Ontology Standards for Submission, Analysis, and Reporting Track resulted in a new project to represent Analysis Results Metadata in RDF

  4. CDISC Interchange Update Cont. CDISC SHARE previewed and development roadmap presented RDF export to be available in spring 2014 Discussed and clarified Semantic Technology projects with CDISC leadership Opportunities will be explored post-conference for FDA/PhUSE collaboration to partner more closely with CFAST

Representing CDISC Standards in RDF Final draft models posted on GitHub Sub-team co-leads met to discuss consolidated model Frederik to make minor content updates to individual standards based on consolidated review Frederik, Mitra, and Scott to draft user guide Scott to coordinate public review and next steps with CDISC Goal: Complete public review and publish first version prior to 2014 CSS

Representing CDISC Conformance Checks in RDF • Discussed project with CDISC and reaffirmed the value in continuing this project • Sam Hume to follow-up with CDISC SDS team regarding efforts for SDS to assume responsibilities for SDTM validation rules • FDA/PhUSE project co-leads and SDS project leads to meet in early Dec • Project team will begin with the representation of ADaM validation rules • Develop ontology for representing rules during 26Nov TC
