  1. CO2 INCUBATOR

  2. What is an Incubator • In biology, an incubator is a device used to grow and maintain microbiological cultures or cell cultures. • It maintains optimal temperature, humidity and other conditions such as the carbon dioxide (CO2) and oxygen content of the atmosphere inside. • The most commonly used setting used for storing MCF-7 and MDAMB231 cells in an incubator are 37 °C and CO2 level of 5%.

  3. Components Water tray. Stainless steel alloy interior Direct Heat and Air Jacket heating system Thermal conductivity CO2 sensor Outer door heater Door-mounted microprocessor Adjustable levelling feet Removable interior components Rounded, electro-polished interior corners for easy cleaning

  4. Settings • Normal settings for storing MCF-7 and MDAMB231 cells. • If temperature or CO2 supply is below the set values, buzzer will beep. • CO2 supply pressure should be 0.5 bar. • Autoclaved water should be filled in the water tray. CO2 Supply Cylinder Incubator Panel
