BACKGROUND • Founded in 1996 as Matrix Vehicle Tracking • Merged with OmniBridge in 2007 (Fleet Management/telematics business of Control Instruments) • Listed the combined entity on JSE Nov 07 and renamed group to MiX Telematics Sept 08 • Subsequently purchased Tripmaster Corp and SafeDrive International • Over 750,000 devices sold world-wide in over 111 countries, with a subscriber base of 300 000 • Solutions for safety & security, tracking, fleet management, compliance, etc. • Mix Telematics Africa Comprises of Matrix (stolen vehicle recovery), Mix Telematics Enterprise and RSA Fleet who provides product and services to clients in South Africa and SADC Countries in east and west Africa • MiX Telematics Enterprise SA was formed in Oct 2008 • MiX Telematics Enterprise is a Level 2 BBBEE contributor on the generic scorecard with a score of 85.59% • Core R&D team of approx 80 developers in South Africa & satellite teams in UK, Germany and US • World-class manufacturing facilities Pi Shurlok ISO/TS 16949 • EU Quality ratings (ce and e1/E1)

USER APPLICATON: FM WEB Detailed information about the performance and movements of your drivers and vehicles is available at your fingertips, delivered to you via FM-Web, our secure web hosted system. Features include: • Driver performance functionality and reports aimed at improving productivity and promoting safer driving (E.g. Driver Identification, Driving Errors, Driver Scoring) * • Vehicle performance functionality and reports for improving utilisation and efficiency (E.g.
