  6. Places of Interest Boracay is a famous place of interest in the Philippines. Boracay is located about 200 miles south of Manila of it’s coast. Boracay is famous for its white sand. The rice Terraces in the Philippines are also a well known attraction. They are over 2000 years old and were built by early indigenous people of the Philippines.
