Activity List (User) Create account – will create a new OPS account, and then verify it Delete account – will allow the user to delete their OPS account Verify account – will verify a users bank account Log In/Log Out – user will log in to the online OPS system with username and password and will be able to log out once logged in Manage account options – allows the user to update anything about their account, such as their address, manage email notifications, and change bank account Change bank account – allows the user to change his bank account, after which it will be verified Send Payment – lets the user to send a payment to anyone in the OPS system Withdraw funds – transfers the specified amount of money from the OPS account back to the user’s bank account Deposit funds – transfers the specified amount of money from the user’s bank account into the OPS account Create periodic transaction – user can create a constant weekly or monthly transaction, that will be paid automatically from their account View history – allows the user to view a history of their account for up to 365 days

Activity List (OPS System) Send monthly history – the OPS system will automatically email users a monthly history of their account every month Manage history – the OPS system will add new transactions and delete ones over 365 days old Verify funds – will make sure the user has sufficient funds in either their OPS account or their bank account, and notify of bounces Notify of transactions – the OPS system will notify users of transactions via email if they have selected to receive them Complete pending transactions – the OPS system will periodically check and complete any pending transactions

  6. Analysis Questions Will the system be web based? Will the owner be allowed to add more than one account to his OPS account? Will the owners bank account be verified? How will the owner be notified of incoming payments, or other transactions? Will the owner be able to delete their account? Will the owner be able to delete their bank account from their OPS account? Will the owner be able to change their bank account in the OPS system? How will the monthly and requested account history be sent out? What if the payment is going to bounce? How long will a transaction history be kept? Will the system have some type of security implemented?
