  4. PROPOSED 2010-11 TAX RATES The average market value of a single-family residence in Hunt County is $92,714. The Proposed Tax Rate for 2010-11 will effectively increase the average tax paid on a home by $24.94 a year. This represents an average increase and the amount owed by a taxpayer could be higher or lower.
