DR.SPIN for Polyester filament DR.SPIN 7601 SPIN FINISH for polyester filaments under POY-DTY process (Especially suitable for high multi yarn process) CHARACTERISTICS -Give optimum lubricity and inter-filament cohesion. -Dose not make yarn breakage during drawing process. -No snow, no fume and no deposit on the heater surface. -Provides good wettability and uniformity on the surface of fiber. -Easily washed off with water, non-toxic, no skin irritation. COMPOSITION The blends of Polyalkylene glycol ether, Fatty acid ester, special nonionic Surfactant and other additives. PROPERTIES -Appearance : Colorless~Light yellowish clear liquid -Active content (K.F.,%) : 90.0 ± 2.0 -pH(10% sol'n) : 7.0 ±1.0 -Ionic type : anion / nonion -Solubility : Soluble in D.I Water at 30-35℃ (Clear) APPLICATION -Prepare 30-35℃ de-ionized water and add the required amount of DR.SPIN 7601 with stirring constantly. -In generally, 10-12wt% emulsion is applied by roller touch method to the fiber at the spinning process. -Usually recommended O.P.U.(Oil Pick-Up ratio) is 0.4~0.6%. STORAGE Stable under normal conditions.   4. DR.SPIN 7603 SPIN FINISH for polyester filaments under FDY(SDY) process at high speed. Especially suitable for filament used to CD, Circular knitting, warping. CHARACTERISTICS  -Give a good lubricating and anti-static properties to the fiber. -Have good wetting and drawing property. -Optimum friction behavior and excellent inter-filaments cohesion. -Good uniformity after dyeing process. COMPOSITION Blends of fatty alkyl esters, Mineral oil, POE alkyl ether,Alkan sulfonate Na+, fatty alkyl phosphate K+ salt and others. PROPERTIES -Appearance : Yellowish clear liquid -Active content (K.F.,%) : 85.0 ± 2.0 -pH(10% sol'n) : 7.0 ±1.0 -Ionic type : Nonionic/Anionic -Solubility : Soluble in 30-35℃ D.I Water (Trans-Bluish white) APPLICATION -Prepare 30-35℃ de-ionized water and slowly add required amount of DR.SPIN 7603 to the water with stirring constantly. -In general, 12-18% emulsion is applied by roller touch or Jet oil system to the fiber at the spinning process. -Oil pick-up of 0.8-1.0% is usually recommended. STORAGE DR. SPIN 7603 can be stored for up to 12 months in unopened drums. It is recommended to store the material under cover between 15°C and 30°C. If the material becomes frozen, then it is recommended to warm the product between 30°C and 40°C, and stir before use. COMPOSITION The blends of Polyalcohol alkyl ester, Alkyl ester, POE alkyl ether, POE alkyl phosphate K-salt, and other additives APPLICATION -Prepare 30~35℃ de-ionized water and add the required amount of DR.SPIN 901 with stirring constantly. -In generally, 12~20wt% emulsion is applied by roller touch method to the fiber at spinning process. -Usually recommended O.P.U.(Oil Pick-Up ratio) is 0.8~1.0%. CHARACTERISTICS -Excellent F/M and F/F friction -Excellent heat resistance and low tar low fume -Excellent fiber-to-fiber cohesion and good anti static -Good solubility & easily washed off with water COMPOSITION The mixture of polyalkylene glycol ethers and special nonionic surfactants PROPERTIES -Appearance : Light yellowish clear liquid -Active content(K.F.,%) : 85.0±2.0 -pH(10%sol’n) : 6.5±1.0 - Ionic type : Nonionic, Anion - Solubility(30℃) : Soluble in cold water (Clear solution) APPLICATION -Oiling solution is produced by adding this product to deionized water with stirring. -6-10% solution is generally applied to the filament yarn at the spinning process. -Oil pick-up of 0.4~0.5% is usually recommended. CHARACTERISTICS -Gives excellent lubrication properties at high temp. -Has good physical attraction with the fiber. -Good heat stability. -No fume, no tar and non-yellowing properties -Provides antistatic property and good inter-filament cohesion. COMPOSITION The mixture of fatty alcohol ester and special POE alkyl ether derivatives.   9. SPIN FINISH for Poly Amide 66 Yarn at FDY or SDY process & it is especially suitable for Industrial Yarn. CHARACTERISTICS -Quite suitable for high temperature & speed process for industrial yarn. -Minimize damage of yarn and provide the low coefficient friction by high lubricity. -Prevent yarn breakage & loop due to high inter-filament cohesion & antistatic. -Due to high thermo stability, it rarely creates fume & tar. -Good solubility & easily washed off with water. COMPOSITION Polyethylene glycol dioleate, Castor oil, hydrogenated, ethoxylated, Sorbitol alkylester, POE/POP Copolymer oxide and other additives  APPLICATION -Prepare 35~40℃ de-ionized water and add the required amount of Dr.Spin 903(S) slowly with stirring constantly. -In generally, 17~20wt% emulsion is applied by roller touch. -Usually recommended O.P.U. (Oil Pick-Up Ratio) is 0.9~1.2%. PROPERTIES -Appearance : Yellowish liquid -Active Content (K.F.,%) : 92.0 ± 2.0 -pH (10% sol'n) : 7.5 ± 1.0 -Ionic Type : anion / nonion -Solubility : Soluble in D.I.Water (35~40℃) STORAGE Extremely stable in storage at all ambient temperature and can be stored for 1 year in closed original drum.
