  1. TC DE ANTEVERSION FEMORAL • INDICACIONES • Es mas frecuente en niños menores de 7 años • Torsión interna de la rodilla • Torsión externa de la rodilla

  2. PRECAUCIONES • Retirar los objetos que puedan producir artefactos • Mujeres embarazadas • Se recomienda la utilización de bandas fijadoras para evitar el movimiento.

  3. POSICION • Ptes con los pies hacia el gantry, los brazos por encima de la cabeza.

  4. TECNICA • Se realiza un scaw view o escanigrama • El estudio inicia 2cm por debajo de la sínfisis púbica hasta 4cm por debajo de la rotula • Cortes primarios : axiales

  5. UBICACIÓN DE LAS LINEAS • LINEA SAGITAL: línea media del fémur. • LINEA CORONAL: planos adyacentes del fémur. • LINEA AXIAL: centro del fémur.

  6. ADQUISICION DE IMAGENES • Imágenes de 5 mm cada 5mm ESTUDIO POR PAQUETES No necesita reconstrucción Cadera: se adquieren imágenes axiales que incluyan cuello de fémur y trocante Rodilla: imágenes axiales de los cóndilos femorales
