Ingredients ● Toor Dal – ½ cup(60g) ● Chopped Vegetables – 2 cup (300g) ● Brahmins Sambar Powder – 3 tablespoon (18gm) ● Coconut oil – ½ tablespoon (8ml) ● Tomato – 1 Nos. ● Ladyfinger – 2 Nos ● Salt to taste ● Mustard (as required) ● Turmeric (as required) ● Dry Red Chilly (as required) ● Curry Leaves (as required) ● 1 cup of water – 250ml

Preparation method ● Boil the washed Toor dal in a cup of water (10min) 3-4 whistles in a pressure cooker (5 min). ● Boil the washed Toor dal in a cup of water (10min) 3-4 whistles in a pressure cooker (5 min). ● When it is half boiled (10min) add tomatoes & ladyfingers to it and boil well (10min). Add Brahmins Sambar Powder and stir to boil well (3 min). ● Heat oil in a pan and add mustard, curry leaves and red Chilly. Once it is ready pour it directly into the sambar.
