Speech amongst the staff must be restricted to the minimum. • Unnecessary movements like jumping and running must be avoided. • The passage way must be kept free of equipment , trays, trollies etc. • Telephones must be attended to immediately.
Room attendants must greet guests according to the time of the day. • Staff must be helpful and readily give required information. • Alertness to guest movement is necessary. • Guest is always right
Do not enter rooms with a DND sign. • Room door must always be left open by GRA while cleaning. • If guest returns while room is being cleaned she must check if she could come back afterwards. • If guest is inside quickly withdraw, apologizing and softly shut the door.
