  2. The Clinical Data Warehouse is a HIPAA compliant de-identified dataset, consisting of information on patients admitted to Pediatrix managed neonatal intensive care units. Powerpoint

  3. The information is entered daily by the clinicians caring for infants. The data is transmitted to the Clinical Data Warehouse thirty days after a patient’s discharge. Powerpoint

  4. Reports are available for every site using BabySteps or RDS to document patients’ daily progress. These reports are accessible to clinicians for every site, where they have privileges. Powerpoint

  5. The benefits of the reports: • Provide snapshots of an NICU • Assist in the analyzing of improvement and monitoring changes • Provides comparisons to the Pediatrix population Powerpoint

  6. The Clinical Data Warehouse is accessible from the employee page of the Pediatrix web pages. Powerpoint

  7. After choosing “The Clinical Data Warehouse” you will be prompted to log into the reports. Please use your Pediatrix web page name and password. Powerpoint

  8. Presently, we have three types of reports available – Activity, Antibiotic and BDP. The sites, where you have privileges, will be visible choices. Reports Sites

  9. The report group can be customized by type of report, time period, gestational age and birth weight. Powerpoint
