About us:- Our business was established in the UK in 2002 and we cater solely to the hair professionals who are seeking a flawless standard of sharpening and repair for one of their most important assets. Our professional service provides this due to the blades on a convex (Japanese) scissor being "hand finished" as they are when manufactured, our Technician has been "Factory Trained" and understands the principles of how the scissor actually works and how they are manufactured, this is a crucial part of being able to sharpen a convex scissor properly.​ ​We offer our clients a "come to you" or an express postal service, (see services page) this eliminates the client being without their scissor for an extended period. Scissor Sharpening Services Just ask and we will sharpen one pair (per salon) for free, this is so ​that you are comfortable with the quality of the sharpening. Be assured that our "Factory Trained Technician" will return your scissors in as good as new condition or your money back.  The process is exactly the same whether "on site" or "posted",Firstly the scissor is inspected, then a cutting test is done, the scissor is then dismantled,the outside of each blade is repaired/sharpened separately,then the blades are re-convexed if required, these are then hand honed and polished,the scissor is then re-assembled including any worn parts, a final cutting test is done, only if the scissor cuts perfectly
