AUMENTO EN RETENCIÓN DE SALMUERA • Se mantiene la concentración de las sales y fosfatos en la mezcla. • Al inyectar la salmuera preparada con la fórmula originalaumenta la retención en el producto final, por lo menos 3%, según los resultados reportados en empresas avícolas. • La proteína animal se disuelve mejor a temperaturas bajas.

  4. TEMPERATURA UNIFORME EN EL TANQUE • El agitador garantiza UNIFORMIDAD en la temperatura del tanque. • La temperatura de la salmuera se mantiene entre 3°C.
