  2. AsDir I Bidang: PELAYANAN INTERNET dan JARINGAN KAMPUS (Internet Services and Campus Network) • Pengelolaan Situs UNHAS • Pemeliharaan Jaringan Internal Kampus dan Link ke luar • Mailing-list and Public Relation • POP Server, Proxy Server, dll.

  3. AsDir II Bidang PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI TERPADU (Integrated Information System) • Sistem Informasi Akademik • Sistem Informasi Keuangan • Sistem Informasi ……… dll.

  4. AsDir III Bidang: PENGEMBANGAN E-LEARNING dan MULTI MEDIA (E-Learning and Multi Media) • Pengelolaan Production Houses • Pemanfaatan fasilitas “gratis”: • GDLN • SOI • INHERENT • (Kerjasama dengan lembaga-lembaga internal/eksternal: LP3AI, Konsorsium, Perpustakaan UNHAS, dll. untuk pengembangan content)

  5. CATATAN: • Direktur/Wakil Direktur bertanggungjawab ke Rektor melalui PR-PR (tergantung context), keduanya musti kompak, saling back-up satu sama lain. • Teknisi Kepala musti orang yang dedicated, punya tim teknisi yang menangani hardware (minimal 1 orang) dan yang menangani software (minimal 1 orang lagi). • Sekretaris musti yang cantik (dan/atau ganteng), cerdas, dan ramah-tamah (kalo’ ada yang datang “marah-matah” baru ngelihat sudah langsung reda marahnya). Bisa berhubungan nantinya dengan HUMAS UNHAS (kalo’ sudah “diberesin”, Radio-radio Kampus, Identitas) • AsDir-AsDir musti kerjasama erat dengan unit-unit kerja existing, misalnya AsDir II dengan Biro-biro terkait, di level UNHAS mau pun Fakultas, AsDir I dengan LP, LPPM, dll., dst.
