Influence of HGF and EGF on c-Met Activation in A549 Cells
10 likes | 83 Vues
This study investigates the impact of Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) and Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) on c-Met activation in A549 cells. Results show increased c-Met phosphorylation upon HGF and EGF stimulation. Western blot analysis demonstrated changes in c-Met levels and downstream signaling. The study provides insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying growth factor-induced c-Met activation in lung cancer cells.
