Coaching • All TetraLD programmes provide a coaching follow-up in the form of two “one-hour phone coaching meeting” (4 weeks and 3 months post-programme) • Additionally, TetraLD’s coaches are available to clients eager to build a corporate coaching cadre and to individuals that desire furthering their personal development • TetraLD offers a core of coaching intervention including pre-assessment, clear objectives identification, an agreed number of coaching sessions and a transparent evaluation process on the results of each session and on the total coaching programme Put your text here Trebuchet MS Put your text here..
