Review Approach • Implement and analyze Faculty/Staff surveys to determine review issues and priorities • Provide direct input to University administration concerning unit head survey results • Coordinate with University administration unit reviews • Participate in selected unit head search committees

  5. Faculty/Staff Survey • Administered in 2003 and 2005 with yearly reviews scheduled for the future • On-line • 165 questions (about 20 minutes to complete) • Comments field
