This study focuses on the characterization of synthetic RNA variants of siTIG3 (19+2) and siTIG3 (16+3A) to understand their structure and functionality. Two main constructs are designed: a sense strand and an antisense strand, both modified with 5'-NH2 groups for enhanced stability. The sequences feature key motifs that are analyzed for their interactions in RNA biology. The findings may contribute to deciphering the roles of these siRNA variants in gene regulation and potential therapeutic applications.
