  8. Climate Outlook: La Nina During the last four weeks, equatorial SSTs were above-average across the western Pacific, Indian, and Atlantic Oceans. Equatorial SSTs were below-average across the central and eastern Pacific, far eastern Atlantic, and far western Indian Ocean.
