Objectives of Community Development Community residents have common advantages on their living such as environmental protection, hygiene, traffic, public security, and lifelong study. In this pursuing common advantage course, the objectives of community development is coming out. The behavior derived out can promote the motivation of the community development. And, it can be said that the community development can create a novel culture and vision for community residents. Currently, our community is devoting to build a safe community and health caring welfare system to meet the residents’ demands, and therefore attempts to create a vigorous “health community.”
Managing Taiwan from Small Community • Six topics at Six-star Health Plan of Taiwan Community are 1) business promotion, 2) community safety, 3) health and welfare care, 4) cultural education, 5) environmental protection, and 6) landscape improvement. With the helps of the plan, Taiwanese can pursue a healthy Taiwan and condense the citizenship obligation. 2. The six-star health plan is not only a plan with above objectives, but also creates a common value that the community development and promotion is very important for every resident in their daily life.

Through the representation of this kind of spirit, develop creative potential and experience and ability of the participation public affairs that the people solve the problem effectively, it accords with the human nature and pluralistic living demand to build together, promote community's overall competitiveness. 4. Taiwan needs a very strong citizenship society to accept the public affairs. Traditional community leader can carry out the public policy with the support of residents' conscientious. The strength of residents' conscientious also can promote the efficiency of community development.

Landscape Improvement 1.We engaged in our environmental reconstruction try to solve inhabit dirty and messy problem, improve the traffic, open up the parking space of vacant lot, beautify and afforest the whole living environment, open up the park, and build the scene corner . All what we do have built out the healthy, safe, and comfortable living environment. 2.We encourage community members to participate in community activities. When they care about the community, they will really pay the emotion and take action to participate in the public affairs of every community spontaneously.

2. Business Promotion Development Plan for Shopping Street 1. Through the help of community small enterprise and shopping streets’ reconstruct , we’ve promoted local industry's development, activated community economic and consumption. Community's development foundation has established and that improved health, developed our local industry. 2. We devoted to transform management environment view by the plan of shopping streets’ reconstruct and promote the business opportunity indirectly.
