Wireless Machine Sentinel: Advanced Vibration and Quality Monitoring for Paper Machines

The Wireless Machine Sentinel is a state-of-the-art system designed for the wireless measurement of vibration and quality signals in paper machines. Featuring a 1 kHz sampling rate with 12-bit resolution, it can handle multiple Leafnodes through an Inode structure. Operating in the 2.4 GHz ISM band with frequency hopping across 8 timeslot channels, it ensures reliable communication. The system offers 6 A/D channels, 2 digital I/O channels, and provides high-accuracy timestamps and synchronization within 32 µS.
