Cinema Gallery Artist Agreement Artist Etiquette: You Agree Cinema Gallery has exclusive rights to display your work for sale within a 50-mile radius of C-U To participate in only one benefit sale or auction per year and maintain pricing in other venues at the same level as the Cinema Gallery To refer all potential buyers back to Cinema Gallery whom you meet as a result of CG, and all sales to those customer are commissionable by the Gallery. You may continue to sell to previous buyers without commissioning the Cinema Gallery. OPTIONAL: My work may sometimes be displayed and offered for sale at other locations, agreed upon in advance.

Cinema Gallery Artist Agreement Commissions and Other Nitty Gritty Bits The Gallery will take 45% commission and will pay the artist 55% within 30 days after the end of the month in which the sale is made. Artist will give 14 days notice of intent to withdraw a work from the Gallery and will honor any pending purchase commitment arranged by the Gallery. Artist will give at least 30 days notice of intent to terminate this agreement and honor any purchase commitment arranged by the Gallery during that time period. Display of works during that 30-day period will be at the discretion of the Gallery. Artist is responsible for insuring work on display at the Gallery. The Gallery has fire and burglary alarms and is covered by insurance for theft and damage. [Chris] OPTIONAL: Customers may make incremental payments of my work and I will be paid percentages of each payment according to the regular payout schedule.
