The Opportunity A unique opportunity to sponsor Pearl & Dean’s culture screenings across 38 cinemas nationwide Cinema is now providing rich, cultural experiences as an integral part of their programming A variety of live cultural cinema experiences including: The Metropolitan Opera The National theatre The Royal Opera House Bolshoi Ballet Digital screens & HD quality sound allow cinema goers an experience as if they were there Bringing the fine arts to the public at a fraction of the cost of visiting the ballet or opera Opportunity to see backstage footage, subtitles & other extras

In Cinema • 1 event per month (approx.) • Mainly evening / some matinee screenings • 52 sites throughout UK • A mixture of content including some live performances, some pre-recorded • Various days of the week • Established & loyal following • £10-£35 per ticket • Opus Arte provide the content from the Royal Opera House & Glyndebourne & Met Live

In Cinema Onscreen • At each Arts screening: • Sponsor to have a solus 60” advert played out prior to the Arts content being shown • Where there is a live performance beamed by satellite, this is not possible at some of our sites. Therefore standees or pull-up banners may be used on entry to auditorium at these live screenings. • Also to promote the partnership: • Pearl & Dean will send a 12” intro & 5” outro sponsorship credit in digital format. • This is to be scheduled to top & tail any Arts trailers that are shown within the cinemas’ trailer reel to promote these events. • This intro/trailer/outro sequence to be played as the first content in trailer reel where possible. • Pearl & Dean will also create a generic 30” promotional trailer to be played in the trailer reel (Example in next slide) • a)When there is no trailer to top & tail as above • b)In cinemas not showing the arts screenings • This trailer will drive customers online to the cinema’s website. • Both the intro/trailer/outro sequence & the generic trailer are to be played on digital screens prior to all films deemed suitable. • To reach a minimum of 10.4m admissions across all participating cinemas.
