Current challenges include long queues, transactional delays, and limited access to film information and schedules. To address these issues, our objectives are to streamline information access for customers, improve overall service delivery, and boost sales targets. The proposed solutions include a user-friendly interface, effective payment processing, and efficient booking systems to engage customers and enhance their experience.
