E-Citation Access A web service for various court management systems across Tennessee to interface directly with the TITAN E-Citation application. This would eliminate the duplication of information from the citation into the court management system for adjudication. Clerks/Prosecutors/Judges will access TITAN web portal. Access provided to electronic inboxes of tickets that have been submitted by officers to be adjudicated by their court. This functionality will serve as the access to information for all users requiring access to the citation information.
