QA in university studies for adults • accreditation of universities and curricula in every 7 years • self-evaluation report • teaching process, organisational structure and management • assessment by external experts • Firmalising with documents • Meetings with staff and students • assessment report submitted to accreditation centre • Higher Education Quality Assessment Council makes the decision and the minister will endorse it with written order

  5. QA in UCE • Strategic plan until 2008 • The main aim is to offer wide scale high quality CE courses according to the needs of society • To increase the volume of CE and diversify target groups • Attention to the quality

Attention to the quality • Programme-based study management • Structure for the better development activities, support and coordination of CE • Motivation system for the better use of the academic and scientific potential Modern classrooms for CE • Support system for learners • Cooperation with organisations, unions, universities
