  1. 111 – Puck Control in Turns xxxx 2 3 5 4 1 6 6 1 4 5 2 3 xxxx Description - Pucks and players in opposite corners - Player starts out skating forward with puck; goes around first circle (use pylons 1 & 2 as guides) then follows course and shoots on goalie at opposite end - Next player starts when player ahead of him has gone around the first circle(after they are passed 2 and heading to 3) - Rotate sides Progressions A - Pivot and carry puck backwards between 3 & 4 and between 5 & 6 B - 2nd player “chases” once first player has passed 2 and is heading for 3 Objectives - Puck control skating forward - Puck control in left and right turns (emphasize lean into the pylons)
