    2. THE MAIN INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT It is applied like finishing material more than 40 years. Quartz-vinyl tile is produced by pressing method at high temperatures and is made from the mixture containing arenaceous quartz, vinyl, plasticizers and pigments. Arenaceous quartz makes product abrasion resistant, chemically tolerant and thermally stable, the use of plasticizers makes product flexible and shock resistant. Thanks to components which are part of a tile it has the highest attrition resistance (tile presented on the Russian market has the highest T group), firmness, flexibility and chemical resistance to the basic alkalis and acids mixtures. Quartz-vinyl tile is fireproof. The class of combustibility is G2 (products of G1 class are made also), smoke-forming ability - D2 class. Tile does not absorb moisture (as laminate). Fire safety. Temperature range is from -40?? up to +200??. A tile is subdivided into classes only on the basis of its width. Quartz-vinyl tile is not subject to shrinkage, deformation and extension (it is flexible as linoleum, but does not break up as ceramic granite). Tile saves dimensions and appearance irrespective of environmental influence. High level of acoustic insulation (in comparison with ceramic granite and laminate).

    4. PRINTED TILE CHARACTERISTICS The tile has multilayer structure almost not subject to temperature extension, shrinkage, deformation. Wide range of products of attractive color with surface imitating natural materials. Excellent production technology provides the highest accuracy on width, linear dimensions and color. Wide range of goods, including square tiles and right-angled sheets, wide range of color, possibility to order from catalogue, goods could be make to order. Water-proof, durability and chemical resistance. Fire resistance. Surface, durable parameters correspond to the following types: Household, Business. High level of acoustic insulation (in comparison with ceramic granite, laminated parquet and linoleum).

    5. ANTISTATIC TILE CHARACTERISTICS No electrostatic dust! Dust does not appear on the surface as electrostatic potential is low and electrical conduction is increased.
