This course provides a comprehensive overview of embedded systems and telecommunications, focusing on electronics fundamentals, RF transmit systems, and practical applications. Students will learn to analyze and synthesize circuit designs, engage in lab work involving simulations and measurements, and undertake a project to design and build an FM transmitter. Pre-requisites include a grasp of basic electronics concepts such as Kirchhoff's laws and Ohm's law. This hands-on course fosters problem-solving skills and theoretical knowledge through lectures, labs, and assessments.
