Executive Summary Nella slide seguente viene fatto un confronto, in termini rendimento, tra il Social Bond UBI Comunità INTERVITA Onlus, i Titoli di Stato Italiani ed i Prestiti Obbligazionari UBI Banca. Il prestito obbligazionario UBI utilizzato è un prestito ordinario a 24 mesi, non essendo stati emessi titoli di pari durata con clausola Welcome Edition; il BTP utilizzato per il confronto è stato scelto in modo tale che abbia una vita residua paragonabile alla durata del Social Bond analizzato. Per completezza è stato anche riportato un prestito obbligazionario UBI Banca a 36 mesi con clausola Welcome Edition ed il confronto con il relativo BTP di pari vita residua. La tabella riportata nella slide seguente evidenzia come il rendimento percentuale lordo del Social Bond INTERVITA Onlus risulti superiore ai rendimenti dei BTP e dei Prestiti Obbligazionari UBI Banca ordinari e Welcome Edition di UBI sia a 24 che 36 mesi.
