This document outlines the Participant Training Needs Analysis conducted under the Leonardo da Vinci Innovation Transfer Project. Involving five partner countries, 92 questionnaires were collected to evaluate competencies in four key areas: Business Acumen, Coaching Processes, Fundamental Skills, and Professional Behaviors. Participants assessed their current mastery levels and the importance of each competency. The analysis revealed significant gaps, guiding targeted training efforts to enhance skills where they are most needed. This aims to foster improved educational outcomes across the project.
