  3. Meet out Advisor!!! • Dr. Andrea Dowhower, an Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, has advised GSA for the past three years. In addition, she has oversight for the Penn State Parents Program, Student Orientation and Transition Programs, Student Affairs Research and Assessment, and Adult Learner Programs. She also chairs the SAFB and serves as the primary liaison between Student Affairs and the Commonwealth Campuses. She holds degrees from Muhlenberg College, Penn State, and Ohio State and is an affiliate faculty member in the College Student Affairs master's program. She has two children - Ben age 11 and Claire age 9 - who keep her very busy when she isn't at work.

  8. Co-Sponsorship GSA Policy • All co-sponsorships whether financial or promotional need to be cleared by the GSA Executive Board. • Please request all co-sponsorship approval through our Treasurer, Brad Sottile

Where’s WanikaCont…? • SAFB(Student Activities Facilities Board) • Sub Committees • Student that do not Pay SAF • Listserve Meeting • YAY its here!!! • Discussed the specific graduate communities we want to email • How many emails per semester • 1- Intro 3-Substantive 1- Conclusion (Shared with UPUA) • Soliciting ideas and help for the content for the first email • GSA President and GSA Secretary will be the leadership on Mass Emailing
