Three Br atomic lines are identified: 2P3/2 <-<- 2P3/2: 79695.89 (NIST value) 2P1/2<-<-2P3/2 : 79868.03 (NIST value) 4S3/2<-<-2P3/2: 79178.33 (NIST value) It is worth noticing that these Br lines are all in the vicinity of HBr moleculer lines: This suggests that Br is formed by predissociation of Rdberg states analogous to what is found for CH3Br and CF3Br.
